MURAD: ‘WORKS MINISTRY COMPLETES SHAHRAKAN SEWERAGE PROJECT- 

BLOCK 1044’

Sanitary Engineering Planning & Projects Directorate the Ministry of Works, Municipalities & Urban Planning Eng. Asma Murad revealed that the Ministry has completed the implementation of a sewerage network in Shahrakan, Block 1044. According to Murad, the project is part of the Ministry’s plan to improve sanitary services in the Northern Governorate and provide infrastructure services in the area.

‘The project comprises of extending sewerage lines at a length of 734m (475m long main lines and 259m long sub-lines) and constructing 54 inspection chambers. The project serves 54 residential units,’ said Murad.

The BD69,385 project was awarded to Abdul Hadi Al Afoo Contracting.
