FAKHRO AND QAMBAR DISCUSS INFRASTRUCTURE NEEDS AT THE NORTHERN GOVERNORATE’S 9^TH CONSTITUENCY

The Roads Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning and Chairman of the Municipal Councils Coordination & Follow-up Committee Eng. Huda Fakhro met with representative to the Northern Governorate’s 9^th Constituency Khalid Qambar, where they discussed roads and sanitary needs in the area.

The meeting highlighted a number of issues related to roads and sanitary services at the constituency, where Mr. Qambar requested the Ministry to construct parking spaces in a number of locations to serve mosques and commercial shops, find alternative access points and open additional lanes to a number of roads, construct a pedestrian bridge and install pedestrian traffic signals. As for the sanitary services, Qambar requested the Ministry to provide water drains in a number of locations at the constituency.

Fakhro stated that the concerned engineers from the Ministry will be directed to study all requests and determine priorities prior to implementation.
