KHALAF AND BU HASSAN DISCUSS FOOD SECURITY

HE the Minister of Works, Municipalities & Urban Planning Eng. Essam bin Abdulla Khalaf received at his office MP Jamal Bu Hassan, where they discussed food security and the Ministry’s preparedness in this respect.

The Minister commended MPs’ efforts and care for all the cases and issues that relate to people’s everyday lives. He also praised Bu Hassan’s efforts in following-up citizens’ needs; reiterating the Ministry’s keenness to provide high quality services to citizens and residents; being a socially responsible and professional organization.

A number of issues related to food security were also highlighted, where the Minister Khalaf assured MP Bu Hassan that the Ministry is dedicating special care to this issue and that officials at the Ministry are putting in place all the necessary regulations and systems relating to food security.
